Guest Profile & ID Proof
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
- Accepted ID proofs include Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, and other government-issued IDs.
- Please carry a valid government-approved photo ID with your address; local IDs are not accepted.
- In accordance with government regulations, every guest above 18 must carry a valid photo ID during their stay at HHI Varanasi.
- For foreign guests, the C-Form will be filled as per government regulations.
Smoking & Alcohol Consumption Rules
- There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.
- Smoking is not allowed within the premises.
- Outside food is not permitted.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- No pets reside within the property.
General Rules & Visitor Policies
- Private parties or events are permitted.
- Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into their rooms. Visitors may be received in the lobby or other designated public areas, such as the restaurant.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Infant Policy
One infant (0 - 2 years) per room is included without counting towards the room capacity.
Complimentary infant meals are provided.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
- No extra bed will be provided for children included in the booking.
- An extra bed is available for additional guests at a charge of Rs. 2,500 per bed/mattress, payable at the property.
- Children below 5 years can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Children above 5 years may be charged according to the hotel’s extra person policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan or booking source.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show, room charges may apply.
Payment Policy
- We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
- Applicable government taxes and service charges will be levied.
